Keep your business under control.
Synpl is a digital assistant for your work communications. It reads the chats and email you choose, tells you what needs attention today, drafts the replies — and leaves the decisions to you. Focus on what matters; it keeps track of the rest.

What it does
Clients, partners and projects generate hundreds of messages a day. The assistant reads them so you don't have to — and brings you only what needs a decision.
Nothing slips
A digest of your WhatsApp, Telegram and Teams chats and your email — only what's new since the last one: what needs action today, what's coming this week, what's just FYI. Every request that waits for you gets a reply draft in the chat's language. Set a time and it arrives every morning with a notification.
Remembers what you owe — and who is who
The assistant keeps a task register: it spots commitments in your chats, asks once to add them, links new messages to the tasks they belong to and brings the list back every morning — overdue first. Ask “what is on me?” and get the whole picture, not a scan of the last three days. Closing a task is always your call: it proposes with evidence from the chats, you confirm. It also keeps context cards — who is who, which names mean the same person or project, what was agreed — and reads them before answering.
Your tools, your keys
Connect your own CRM, Jira, Zendesk, SQL databases, spreadsheets and documents — with your own keys, straight from your Mac. Ask about a client and get the deal stage, open tickets and what your chats say, together; the Data Analyst counts and charts from your databases, the Product Expert answers from your documents.
How it works
You sign in, choose what the assistant may see, and ask. The app walks you through it on first launch.
With your work email and a one-time code, or with your Microsoft account. Microsoft sign-in also connects Teams, Exchange mail and calendar; your password never reaches the app.
Choose what it may see
WhatsApp, Telegram, Teams — tick the work chats that matter: partners, projects, your team. Everything you don't tick is never extracted.
Ask, then decide
Press “Today's digest” or ask in plain words. The assistant gathers, summarizes, drafts and keeps your task list; sending, approving, closing and deciding stay with you.
Control stays with you
The assistant observes and advises. It never acts on your behalf.
- It sends nothing without your explicit “yes”: every message shows the recipient and the text first. It never marks anything as read.
- You choose which chats it reads. Unticked chats stay on your Mac, untouched.
- Chat text goes to the server only to produce an answer and is not stored afterwards; the server keeps a usage log (who, when, how many tokens), not your messages.
- With the local model (Apple Silicon, 24 GB of memory or more), the model runs on your Mac and no request to it leaves your Mac.
- Voice messages are transcribed locally on your Mac. Messenger sessions stay on your Mac.
- Connected services are read-only: the assistant cannot change deals, tickets or your databases.

Requirements & install
You need
- macOS 13 (Ventura) or newer, Apple Silicon (M1 or newer). For now some features need a newer macOS: smart search — 14, text in images — 26.4, voice transcription — 27
- A work email or a Microsoft account
- For WhatsApp: WhatsApp for Mac from the App Store (the web version and WhatsApp Business are not supported)
- Optional: 574 MB for the local voice-transcription model
- Optional: about 10 GB of disk for the local model (24 GB of memory or more)
Three steps
- Download the disk image and drag Synpl to Applications.
- Open it — the app is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens without warnings.
- Accept the terms, sign in, tick your chats. The built-in tips cover the rest; reopen them any time with the “?” button.
Questions
Who is it for?
For people who run clients, partners, projects, support and sales — anyone whose day is spread across chats and email.
What does it remember about people and projects?
Context cards: roles, aliases (the same person under two surnames, a project known by its client's name), project scale and key agreements. Cards grow only with your confirmation — after a digest the assistant proposes a few stable facts, you approve — or when you say “remember: …”. Say “forget …” to remove one. When an answer relies on a card, it says so in one line, so you can correct it.
Does it remember my tasks between sessions?
Yes. Commitments found in your chats go into a local task register on your Mac — with the source chat, who asked, when, and the due date if one was named. The morning digest ends with “on you”: open tasks, overdue first, and the ones that look done. New messages on an old topic attach to the existing task instead of creating a duplicate. Nothing is closed without your confirmation.
Does it send messages or reply for me?
Only when you say so. Ask it to reply and it shows the recipient and the text; nothing is sent until you confirm. Drafts can also be copied and sent by hand. It never marks anything as read.
Which chats does it read?
Only the ones you tick on the “Chats” screen. macOS grants access to the whole WhatsApp database on this Mac, but the app extracts nothing you did not select. You can change the selection at any time.
Where do my messages go?
The text of the selected chats is sent to the assistant's server, which passes it to the language model to produce the answer without storing it. After the answer is returned, the server keeps only a usage record (who, when, token count). Voice messages never leave your Mac. With the local model, no request to the model leaves your Mac at all.
How do I sign in?
With your work email and a one-time code, or with your Microsoft account. Microsoft sign-in also connects Microsoft Teams, Exchange mail and calendar; your password is entered on Microsoft's page, not in the app.
Can it answer from our own data?
Yes — read-only and with your own keys: Pipedrive, Jira, Zendesk, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, folders with CSV or Excel files, and a documents folder or Notion as a knowledge base. Keys stay on your Mac and requests go straight from it.
How do I update?
The app checks for a new version on launch and shows a banner with a download link. Your chat selection, conversations and sessions stay in place.
