A digital assistant for your team that keeps your business under control: it reads the WhatsApp, Telegram and Microsoft Teams chats you select, locally on your Mac, and answers in chat — digests, search, translation, reminders, your business data. It sends nothing and marks nothing as read.
Requires: macOS 13 (Ventura) or newer, Apple Silicon (M1–M4). For WhatsApp — the WhatsApp for Mac client from the App Store (the web version and WhatsApp Business are not supported).
Open the downloaded Synployee Assistant <version>.dmg and drag Synployee Assistant into Applications.
Launch it from Launchpad or Applications. The app is signed and notarized by Apple — it opens right away, without warnings.
First launch
Terms — read and press “I accept”.
Sign in with Microsoft — press the button; a Microsoft page opens. Sign in with your company work account and enter the code shown. This one sign-in connects Teams and the assistant's server; your password never reaches the app.
Voice transcription (optional) — the app offers to download a model (~574 MB, once). Voice messages are transcribed locally and never go to the server. You can skip this and enable it later on the “Connections” tab.
Connections — check the sources:
WhatsApp — on first read macOS asks for access to WhatsApp's data; press “Allow”. This grants access to the whole database; which chats are actually read, you choose on the “Chats” tab.
Telegram — press “Sign in”, enter your phone → the code from Telegram → your password (if 2FA is on). The session stays on your Mac only; in Telegram's device list it appears as “Synployee Assistant”.
Teams — connects automatically after the Microsoft sign-in.
Chats — tick the chats the assistant may read. The rest are never extracted. Press “Save selection”.
The app shows a short tour on the first visit to each screen. Skip it if you like and reopen it any time with the “?” button in the top-right corner: “Tips for this screen” or “Restart the walkthrough”.
Using it
The “Chat” tab: ask in plain words or press a quick button:
“Today's digest”, “This week” — a summary of the selected chats with reply drafts;
“what did <name> write”, “translate the last voice message from <name>”;
“what is pending on me”, “what did I promise and not do”.
Reply drafts are copied with one click — you send them yourself; the app never sends anything.
Business data
The same chat answers about your platforms — devices, subscriptions, traffic, clients. The business data quick button gives a fleet brief for the last 24 hours; in words you can ask:
“what is going on with client <name>” — the platform card (subscriptions, devices, data) together with what your chats say about it;
“whose subscription expires this month”, “who lost devices overnight”, “whose analytics data stopped”, “who is running without payment”;
“why did traffic drop at <client>” — analysis with tables and a link to a report.
Works only after signing in with your company Microsoft account. The assistant reads the database and changes nothing. If a client name matches several platforms, it tells you which one it picked — check that the scale matches what you had in mind.
If something is off
“WhatsApp not found” — install WhatsApp for Mac from the App Store and launch it at least once.
Teams “no connection” — sign out and sign in with Microsoft again on the “Connections” tab.
“analytics is not available without Microsoft sign-in” — sign in on the “Connections” tab; a service token gives chats only.
Updates — when a new version is out, the app shows a “Version … available” banner.
All data (conversation history, sessions, cache) stays on your Mac in ~/Library/Application Support/DigitalConcierge.
